August 13

9:38 a.m. Threats - An officer took a report of threats being made in the 500 block of S. Main Street. The incident was documented.

10 a.m. Suspicious Circumstance - Officer responded to a suspicious incident. A window screen was found on the ground and the window was open. Nothing reported missing at this time.

10:26 a.m. Accident - Officer responded to the 300 blk. N. Main St. on a report of a two vehicle accident on private property. Estimated damage to vehicle #2 is $500.00. No damage was reported to vehicle #1.

1:35 p.m. Fraud - Officers responded to the 500 block of South Main Street for a report of a fraudulent check. Officer’s found a secret shoppers program was passing fake checks.

3:51 p.m. Citizen Dispute - Officer responded to a neighborhood dispute. All parties were contacted and agreed to stay away from each other.

6:33 p.m. Unwanted Party - Officers were dispatched to the Prowers County Fairgrounds on a report of an intoxicated party causing a disturbance. Upon arrival officers escorted the party off of the property and advised he was not allowed back on the property.

9:10 p.m. Domestic Violence - Officers dispatched to the Emergency Room of Prowers Medical Center on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers contacted the victim and will obtain an arrest warrant for the suspect.

9:39 p.m. Alcohol Offense - Officers responded to the fairgrounds for a juvenile problem. Two juveniles were cited for MIP.

10:45 p.m. Disturbance - Officers responded to the 1800 block of South 8th Street on a report of a disturbance. Three juvenile males were charges for several violations.

11:38 p.m. Domestic Violence - Officers dispatched to the 800 Blk Yucca Dr in reference to a Domestic Violence involving a weapon. Officers arrested Paul Vigil of Lamar for Menacing and Domestic Violence. Officers arrested Anna Crespin for Obstruction.

August 14

6:21 a.m. Accident - Officer responded to the 300 blk. N. Main St. on a report of a two vehicle accident on private property. Officer cited Cody Konstanty, 19, of New York for unsafe backing.

7:11 a.m. Wanted Person - Officers arrested Brice McCorkle, 20 of Lamar, for an outstanding warrant out of Gunnison County. McCorkle was transported to Prowers County Jail where he is being held on a $750.00 bond.

8:06 a.m. Criminal Mischief - Complainant advised of their vehicle window being broken out in the 100 block of North Twelfth Street.

8:08 a.m. Accident - Officers responded to the intersection of Main St. and Olive St. on a two vehicle non-injury accident. Officers received conflicting statements so neither drive was cited. Damages to each vehicle were estimated at $2000.

9:29 a.m. Criminal Mischief - Officers took a report of a possible criminal mischief which occurred in the 700 block of Auwaerter Dr. Matter is under investigation.

9:56 a.m. Accident - Officer responded to the area of Main St. and Oak St. on a report of a two vehicle accident. Upon arrival officer found approximately $15000.00 damage to vehicle #1 and $2000.00 damage to vehicle #2.

10:10 a.m. Lost Property - Officer took a report of a lost wallet in area of 300 block of East Olive Street.

1:47 p.m. Threats - Officers and deputies responded to the 800 block of N. Main St.

for a report of a female subject going over there with a weapon to confront another subject. Audrey Myers, 43 of Lamar was arrested for Felony Menacing and is being held on a $12,000.00 bond.

3:33 p.m. Suspicious Circumstance - An officer responded to the 1000 block of South Eleventh Street, for a report of several suspicious emails. The officer documented the emails as a possible fraud attempt.

3:59 p.m. Theft - Officers responded to the 1500 block of South 11th Street for a report of identity theft. Officer advised the individual of precautions to take.

5:12 p.m. Accident - An officer responeded to the intersection of South Main Street and Olive Street, for a two vehicle accident. Vehicle 1 sustained no damage. Vehicle 2 sustained an estimated $ 1,200 in damage.

August 15

8:57 a.m. Custodial Interference - Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of N. 4th St on a report of custody issues. Officers contacted both parties and an agreement was made for the child.

10:06 a.m. Agency Assistance - Officers assisted the Sheriff’s Office in locating a stolen vehicle in the 1300 block of South 6th Street. The vehicle was recovered and Sharon Saldana, 42 of Lamar, was arrested for Motor Vehicle Theft.

1:31 p.m. Accident - Officer responded to the 600 blk. N. Main St. on a report of a two vehicle accident on private property. Estimated damage to vehicle #1 is $200.00 and vehicle #2 is $200.00. Valerie Medina, Lamar was cited for unsafe backing.

3:33 p.m. Wanted Person - Officers contacted Brandon Vaughn, 18, of Wiley, in the 1500 block of South Main Street. Brandon was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. Brandon is being held on a $1500 any type bond.

3:59 p.m. Wanted Person - Officers contacted a male subject in the 200 block of South Main Street. Ryan Gue (40) of Lamar was arrested on outstanding warrants. Ryan is held with no bail for a CA parole violation.

4:39 p.m. Wanted Person - Officers arrested Molly Gonzales-Isom, 58, of Lamar, on an arrest warrant. Molly is being held at the Prowers County Jail on a $1,000.00 bond.

6:24 p.m. Juvenile Problem - An officer was contacted in the 800 block of Yucca Drive for a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was found and returned home.

7:18 p.m. Robbery - Officers responded to the 800 block of East Olive Street, for a report of a robbery. Randy Crabill, 44, of Lamar was taken into custody. Randy is being held at Prowers County Jail on a $4,000 any type bond.

7:34 p.m. Criminal Mischief - Officers responded to the 300 block of West Washington Street for a report of a criminal mischief. Officers were advised some pickets were removed from a fence.

8:37 p.m. Miscellaneous CAD Call Record - Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of S. 1st St. on an unknown incident. Officers arrived and contacted Medical for a male complaining of chest pains. The male refused medical treatment.

August 16

1:27 a.m. DUI - Officers contacted a juvenile male for a traffic violation. That male was arrested for the traffic violation, DUI, obstructing a police officer and menacing. That juvenile was transported to PYC were he will be held pending his first court appearance.

9:32 a.m. Theft - Officer responded to the 1100 blk. N. Main St. on a report of a theft of fuel. Upon arrival officer was advised $72.18 of fuel was taken.

11:48 a.m. Criminal Mischief - Officer responded to the 800 blk. S. 4th St. on a report of a civil problem. Upon arrival officer found approximately $500.00 in damage to the inside of a residence.

2:43 p.m. Theft - An officer responded to the 1100 block of North Main Street on a report of a gasoline theft. Officers were advised approximately $74.65 in gasoline was taken without payment.

3:05 p.m. Citizen Assist - An officer contacted a citizen on the 700 block of North Main Street, who needed assistance gasoline money. The officer assisted without further incident.

4:04 p.m. Citizen Assist - Officers were asked to respond to the 100 S. 6th St. to assist travelers attempting to go to Pueblo. Officer were able to assist with the request.

11:03 p.m. Burglary - Officers responded to the 800 block of Yucca Drive on a report of burglary. Incident is still under investigations.

August 17

1:57 a.m. Traffic Violation - Officers contacted a vehicle in the 800 block of East Olive Street for expired plates. Daniel Lopez, 21 of Lamar, was cited for drove vehicle without valid license, no insurance, and displayed expired plates.

1:58 a.m. Alcohol Offense - Officers responded to the 2400 block of South Main Street on a report of juveniles drinking alcohol. Logan Arambel (19) of Holly, Brandon McGuire (20) of Kim were summonsed for Illegal Possession of ethyl alcohol by an underage person.

9 a.m. Theft-Automobil - Officer responded to the 600 blk. S. 3rd St. on a report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival officer was advised someone had taken the RP’s vehicle without permission.

9:28 a.m. Suspicious Circumstance - Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of S. 7th St. on a report of a unknown situation. Officers contacted the RP who told officers to get off of her property and did not want to talk to officers.

10:19 a.m. Theft-Automobil - Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of E. Olive St. on a report of a stolen vehicle. Officers took the required information and documented the incident. Matter is still under investigation.

3:43 p.m. Wanted Person - Officers contacted Lindsey Sheridan, 33, Lamar, in the 300 block of East Park Street. Lindsey was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. Lindsey is being held at Prowers County Jail on a $69.00 bond.

4:03 p.m. Found Property - An officer responded to the 200 block of East Park Street, for a report of found property. The officer collected a car stereo for safekeeping.

4:35 p.m. civil complaint - Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of S. 5th St. on a report of two people having an argument. Officer contacted the subjects and one left the residence.

8:01 p.m. Citizen Assist - Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of E. Oak St. for a citizen who wanted travel assistance. Officers were able to assist the travelers get a place for the night.

9:24 p.m. Wanted Person - An officer contacted a subject during a traffic stop who was listed as having a felony warrant. The warrant was later found to be invalid. The subject was released.
